Beautifully renovated 19th century carriage house in Newtonville

Perfect Place to Land

After a long distance move, it was important for my husband and me to find a quiet, comfortable place where we could sort through about a million moving pieces in our lives (a new job, sick family members, grad school, buying a home, and more). We chose the carriage house because it's a single unit with no wall-to-wall neighbors to disturb, which gave us the independence to build a routine, work from home, and adjust to big life changes these past several months. It was the perfect fit. The home is well-equipped and comfortable - washer and dryer, air conditioning, dishwasher - as well as cozy and beautiful. The landlady is accommodating, communicative, and kind. By the time we leave at the start of September, we'll have called this place home for five months. It's been a wonderful experience from start to finish; we're so grateful we found it!
