Beautiful getaway.

Upon first exiting the car, I was immediately struck by the quiet peaceful surroundings of the property. The apartments themselves are nicely appointed, with a quality to the build that is definitely above many others. The landlord was there to greet me and I could tell that he and his family took great pride and what they built. This place is definitely at the top of my list for future visits to the area.

It feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully put together, making it easy to settle in right away. One of the great features of this property is the outdoor space with its large, open yard with grass and fruit trees. It’s a rare find to have so much room to relax, and the pickleball court is a fun bonus. The hosts, Lorie and Curtis, live in a separate house on the property, which offers both privacy and convenience. They are incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and accommodating, always making sure people feel welcome and taken care of without ever being intrusive. Overall, this is a perfect spot for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay in Gilbert. Highly recommended.

Great stay overall. The studio is exactly as described — clean, well furnished, and has everything you need. The space is private, comfortable, and priced very fairly for the area. I also appreciated how smooth the whole process was from move in to move out. The host was responsive and easy to work with, which made the stay even better. You can tell they actually care about the tenant experience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid, hassle free stay.
