Smart & Cozy Stay - Room 2

Quiet Room

This room was cool and dark. Perfect for a night shifter. The room was clean and nice linen to go along with it. The walls were clean and matching paint all through out. The mini split was a nice addition to the room. I ran both the mini split and fan. Nice size tv and a nice personal fridge. She included a coffee maker and initial snacks which was a very sweet and delicate touch. The whole house is upkept well! Clean and organized. The pool in nice and actually deep. The doggie is very sweet and gentle. I had a space i could park in in her driveway. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and very well kept. Iliana is very sweet and punctual. She was very prompt w things needed and very approachable. I would recommend her highly if you're looking for a safe, clean, and welcoming place to stay.

10/10 all around

This was the perfect and safe place to stay for my travel contract in Tucson. It was only about a 15-20 minute commute. Ileana was very welcoming and accommodated to anything I needed. She was extremely trustworthy and I would look forward to staying here again if I had the opportunity to travel here again. Can confirm that the deposit is in fact refundable. The room was perfectly dark and the house quiet for working nightshift.
