Room and board in a private home

This is a lovely home on a quiet residential street in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Although not large, (1600 sq ft, 3 bedroom/2bath), it is very comfortable. There is a covered front porch and a large covered patio in the back. We have off street parking. Everything is clean and well maintained. Every evening we serve dinner in the dining room.
