Unfortunately we didn't get to stay at the property as we had to cancel 2 weeks before moving in and when we realized that Zillow had set up automatic payments, Jheison was very communicative and helpful about getting us a timely refund. He even offered to return any prorated deposit if someone else was able to book the property. We appreciated his kind professionalism
