This rental was advertised as travel-nurse friendly, and as a travel nurse myself, there are several important things to consider before booking. The biggest issue is parking. There is no available parking after 6:00 PM, which makes this property difficult for anyone working evening shifts or 12-hour day shifts. On weekends, parking is even more challenging. While there are paid parking garages downtown, they require a long walk. Local residents report spending up to an hour searching for parking, double parking, or parking illegally due to limited options. There are homeless individuals present daily at the corner of the street, and they occasionally walk in front of the building. While this may not bother everyone, it could feel uncomfortable for some renters, especially at night. Because of these issues, I do not recommend this rental, particularly for travel nurses or anyone with late or irregular work hours unless you plan to take public transportation.
