Temporary Housing due to a home insurance claim

My family of 6 was displaced from our home due to flood in the kitchen and we needed temporary housing. Trudy was so accommodating and sincere it felt as if we had known her for years. She went above and beyond for us with beds since there is 6 of us vs what the pictures showed. Trudy did her best to make us feel at home and moved things around to suit our family size. She also encouraged us to move in prior to the date originally given since that was my sons surgery date and she wanted me to not worry about moving on top of caring for him. Trudy also gave me info where the school bus stop was, built a lil gate for our dogs to have a safe space ultimately making us feel right at home. I made sure we cleaned the house and returned it as given to us and I really appreciated their families generosity during our difficult time. She's an outstanding host and even better of a person.
