Inviting Room Rental with Great Common Areas

Not worth the price

Construction is still ongoing and frankly, the rooms are not ready to be rented. When I first came, there was no air conditioning and the room was extremely hot and not stay-able. I had to sleep at a hotel for the night. There are also rats in the kitchen. Houseowner would also not tell us beforehand when workers came into the house to do construction, so I would be scared to hear noises downstairs. Additionally, power went out for almost half a day without notifying me, so I was stuck in a hot bedroom without electricity. The houseowner also leaves out important information, such as the shared bathroom being openable directly through the master bedroom.
