DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This property had numerous issues. The landlord, Roz, gave excuses, downplayed my concerns, and refused to fix them. As a female living alone, I requested privacy from the large window in the bedroom, but she refused, claiming she'd never had such complaints. She also refused to provide a normal-sized kitchen trash can and insisted on a bathroom trash can. On moving day, I asked about pests, but she claimed there were none, just outside, yet I found spiders AND roaches inside. She refused to send a pest control service and told me to deal with it myself. Additionally, she asked for the full first months rent PLUS a full months deposit before I even had keys. Travelers beware!

Perfect spot!!

I stayed here for 3 months while I was relocating to the area and it was amazing! The place had all the amenities I wanted. The 2nd bathroom was so handy to have. The grill on the patio was a godsend and having the covered car port was a lifesaver for my car in this Southern California sun! Landlord was amazing to work with and she was super quick and responsive to everything I needed and took care of any issues right away.
