Highly Recommend: Beautiful Home, Unbeatable Location, Incredible Hosts

We rented this house for 2 months during our family's relocation to Durham, and it exceeded every expectation. With an 8-month-old and a dog, we needed something comfortable, functional, and flexible. This house delivered. The new construction meant everything was clean and well-maintained. The beautiful porch became a daily retreat, and the walkable neighborhood made getting outside easy. We loved the proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, parks and the Museum of Life and Science; it felt like settling into a community, not just a temporary stop. The location is ideal: easy I-85 access for my husband's commute and downtown Durham just minutes away. Marty and his wife were a genuine pleasure as landlords and neighbors. Warm, responsive, and accommodating, they made us feel welcome from day one and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We recommend this home without hesitation to any family in transition. Exactly what we needed during an important season!
