This fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath guest house is an upstairs unit over the 4-car garages with its own private entry. Stunning views of Camp Pendleton and Oceanside with hiking trails accessible from the house. We have two dogs & a small farm of dwarf goats. A tranquil and quiet street, outside of the peacocks and coyotes!

Room darkening shades for the graveyard shift, with a stackable washer/ dryer unit The kitchen has a full stovetop, fridge, microwave, & large toaster oven (no regular oven). Bathroom has a step-in shower (no tub). Primary bedroom has a king sized bed, guest bedroom has a full sized sofa bed or loveseat if preferred. A walk-in and walk through closet joins the two rooms in the back.
