Luxury studio, all the amenities, centrally located

GREAAT Studio on the North Side

This is a fantastic studio apartment on Chicago's North Side. The space is great for a single person and probably a couple, too. Recently renovated to be a beautiful apartment. New, high-end appliances. Very comfortable murphy bed which folds up to create a nice living room. A lot of thought and care has gone in to making this a nice place to stay. I can't speak highly enough of Anthony, the owner/landlord - highly attentive, responds quickly, non-interfering/gives you space to enjoy the apartment in peace, and one heck of a nice guy! Location is in a beautiful, leafy, residential neighborhood but close to shops, bars, restaurants, Wrigley Field, and the beach. You're right in the center of everything the North Side has to offer. And there's a rental bike station right down the street (look up Divvy Bikes) so you can get everywhere with ease. I was actually saddened to leave this apartment after a six week stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Don't miss this gem!

Great Place!

I absolutely loved my stay here! It is in a great location - super safe and quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance to a bunch of nice restaurants and shopping on Southport Ave or Wrigleyville. Also right by a bus stop and close to trains! All of the appliances in the apartment were brand new and very high end. Anthony is extremely quick to respond and was able to help with anything I needed! Definitely recommend!
