Cozy guest house in Boulder Foothills

Cozy stay in a fantastic location

Jan was such an accomodating host and the space was perfect for our needs (two full-time remote workers). It was so nice to have the garden just outside the window and to have a nice little private outdoor space in front of the casita. The location was the best part! Easy access to Boulder and the Flatirons without all the traffic and commotion the comes with being close to the university. 5 minutes to the Flatirons, 15 to Eldorado canyon, 30 to Boulder Canyon, and 45 to Clear Creek Canyon. Unbeatable for outdoor access.

Private "Casita" with Mountain Views

This guest house, stands as a separate building with updated interior features and furnishings, natural daylighting, and is complete with all the amenities needed for a great short term living experience. Bonus features are a separate bedroom, patio, bar-b-que, a separate side entrance and street parking. The owner/manager is cordial and responsive. I would recommend this unit. Thanks!
