Cozy Room in Home, 1 Bed, 1 Bath, Quiet Neighborhood, Close to town

Great house, great location, great host

Kathy has a lovely home in a lovely location and is a lovely person! The home is cozy and clean, and you can't beat the location. It's a ^little^ far from the highways (not terrible, just a few extra minutes), but the benefit there is it's QUIET! Highway access aside, the location is actually really great. Very close to downtown Kirkwood, great deli/convenience around the corner, HUGE park walking distance away, plenty of restaurants a short drive away, and the like neighborhood is very walkable. Kathy is an absolute delight, and it was a pleasure getting to know her.
