Luis is by far the best landlord we have come across! He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and suits your needs! The property is clean, has lots of space and very comfortable! Definitely recommend staying here if you're considering it. Neighborhood is safe and close to many parks. Very enjoyable experience in Waco and was sad to leave.

Great Stay in Stylish Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The owner was very responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, making check-in and any questions effortless. The apartment was tastefully decorated and well maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Our apartment was the one in the back which worked for us because it allowed for more privacy and off the road parking, which made coming and going very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Perfect stay

I have been traveling for a while and this property that is run by luis has been the best stay I've ever had . The hospitality is amazing! He made everything so easy and comfortable . I can definitely recommend any of his properties without a doubt .
