This house is in an amazing location, and I have loved living there. The proximity to the water and the trail is so wonderful. Walk to coffee shops, cool bars and restaurants. Super easy access to all major roadways, not tucked in the neighborhood. Fenced in yard and total privacy. Beautifully renovated kitchen last year with everything brand new. Large laundry area and ample closet storage.
