Central District Gem

Excellent location, cozy and fully stocked home, and even more wonderful landlords! In our five plus years of traveling, this has been one of our favorite stays. The location in the central district provides easy access to all Seattle area hospitals and is walkable to Cap Hill. It’s on a quiet street with easy parking (a Seattle rarity!) and we loved the surrounding neighborhood. For us, we enjoyed biking or walking to the grocery and the many shops and stores around. The home itself is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean (truly spotless), and fully stocked with everything you could need. The beds are comfortable and we had no problem sleeping for dayshift or nightshift. The fireplace is a huge added plus for the Seattle fall and winters and the kitchen is a dream if you love cooking! Chad and Chris are excellent communicators, proactive and available, and beyond that just incredibly gracious and generous people that we can’t say enough good things about!
