Cozy, comfortable and Quiet ADU in a lovely neighborhood
Derrick and Jennifer were wonderful, very warm and accommodating hosts during my 4-month stay. The ADU is well equipped for a long term stay, with a full size fridge, stovetop and cookware in the kitchenette. The full/queen size bed is new and very comfy. Shuttered blinds let all the light in, with a view of the pool and gardens, or for complete privacy. I worked remotely while here, in the comfort of this space where all my living needs were met. My privacy was never invaded and everyone in the family is very friendly and respectful. Highly recommended the Casita Sheetz as I named it!
