Very nice place. Furnishing were above average. Our landlord went out of his way to make sure our stay was everything advertised and more.

Not a very good experience

There were several issues on arrival: missing basic kitchen supplies, minimal cleaning had been done, doors that wouldn't latch, items throughout were loose or falling apart, and the dishwasher wouldn't close properly. We purchased the missing items and repaired several things ourselves without complaint. The biggest issue was the AC failing for nearly a week with temperatures over 100°F. Intially the host was responsive and it seemed to be fixed, but by the next day it had broken again and the host went unresponsive, leaving us to deal with it ourselves. After checkout, $250 was deducted from our deposit for an alleged countertop stain that wasn't visible in the picture provided, peeling paint under the bathroom cabinet beneath the host's own cleaning supplies, and an issue with a motorized trash can lid that never functioned during our stay. We left this condo better than we found it. We're still giving 3 stars because things were okay up until the AC and deposit situation.
