Cozy 3rd Floor Studio - Fully Furnished - Quiet & Private

Great apartment

I stayed here for about three months for a summer internship in the neighboring city Durham, the experience was great. The studio has plenty of room and is very accurate to how it appears in the pictures. The AC worked perfectly, especially on the hotter days it kept the space cool. The location is close to everything that you need while also being very secluded and quiet. Brandt is very nice, he accommodated my need for a desk for my computer and set it up before I arrived. When I got there he helped me get around before I got a car and even went out of his way to help me when my cars battery died. Speaking of he also let me borrow his tools so I could work on my car. Overall my experience was great and I would recommend this place for anyone who is temporarily staying in the area!

Excellent Studio Suite in Raleigh!

This is a wonderful studio! Loved my time there. The place is clean, well-appointed, comfortable, updated, private, and well-maintained. Queen memory foam bed is so comfy, bathroom is big, kitchenette is perfect, and internet is fast. Great location in quiet neighborhood. No kids or pets in the house. Close to lots of conveniences. I was able to use the W/D and full kitchen on the first floor anytime. All utilities included was a bonus and hassle-free on my part! Reasonable rent for great value. Loved having my own dedicated parking space in the driveway. The place was perfect for my needs and I felt 100% safe at all times. Homeowner is professional, respectful, super nice, and easy going. Highly recommend to anyone on temporary assignment in the Raleigh area!
