Unprofessional

I am in the military and have stayed in over 10 different locations over the past year. Some are excellent and others satisfactory; however, this location is the most poorly run I have stayed in. The owner neglected to inform me that the unit was undergoing renovations during my stay. There was no furniture on the main floor, the bathrooms do not lock or have towels, the windows do not have blinds or curtains, there is trash and boxes everywhere, and only half of the appliances this unit is listed as having function. Perhaps once the renovations are completed the unit will be better, but to withhold all of this information from me stinks of dishonesty and unprofessionalism. Finally, my only positive comments. The bed is comfy and the owner answers text quickly.
