This is the living room. The kitchen and dining room are in the back to the right and left respectively. The renters bathroom is to the left through the pink archway. The stairs on the right go up to the renters rooms.

This is another shot from the top of the stairs into the renters bedroom. It shows the entryway into the room and the closet. From this view, the other room is directly behind you.

The ceiling in this bedroom is about 7ft at the highest. I am about 6'2" and it isn't too bad for me to move around in. It is very manageable unless you are quite tall. There are built in dresser drawers next to the bed, and I also have drawers for under the bed.

This shows the closet in the renters bedroom. It is 5ft wide and 4ft deep. It has a curtain rod and a lot of hooks.

This is the renters bathroom, next to the living room off a small hall area. It has a tub, shower, toilet, sink, mirror, shelves and a closet on the left that you can use as well.

This is the other small room at the top of the stairs. Great for an office, storage, or whatever else you would like to use it for. This room has another set of built in drawers and a large 5x4 closet as well.

The washer and dryer are right next to the renter bathroom, in a closet in the dining room.

This place is nicely furnished and decorated and doesnt feel like a weird fake air bnb. It has great sun, and nice quiet outdoor space. There is a firepit, patio and deck. There is also an outdoor shower. It has great access to the ocean, trails, a bike path that goes for 20 miles, and a great social scene nearby.

Space

I am a young professional solo homeowner, and really only occupy the ground floor of my house. Upstairs I have a large furnished bedroom and one smaller bedroom, both of which you would have access to as a renter. I have a master suite on the ground floor, so you would have your own ground floor full bathroom, separate from mine. The shared spaces include a nice spacious living room, a dining room (where the washer an dryer are)...
