The best backyard
I've had a great stay! The backyard is amazing to be able to walk out to every morning. The kitchenette does the job and then the upstairs kitchen is amazing. I've enjoyed the area. Found a gym, and am close to Tennyson for bars/food. And feel close to Golden and the mountains. Billy is kind and thoughtful. Definitely recommend for a unique Denver stay.

Excellent Landlord
I cannot speak for this property, but I rented a room from Billy in Seattle from 7/23-10/23 before I moved back to Colorado. He is an excellent landlord/roommate. He is respectful, quiet, and not intrusive if you are the type of person who likes to keep to themselves. He is also a good hang if you like breweries, outdoor activities, and boats. Billy is also very practical, fair, and easy to approach about any problems or concerns you may have while living there. Plus, Luke is a handsome boy that will wear a tie if he's going into the office.
