Needs work
This house appears to have recently flipped. The house is nice but has many electrical issues that appear just to be addressed when something goes wrong. Breakers are old and unable to support the 2 window units. Breakers are also not sufficient to maintain power to hot tub or hot water heater. We spent an entire weekend with no hot water. Hot tub was dirty when we moved in and per our lease agreement, the yard and hot tub were to be maintained by landlord. Maintenance was never performed on hot tub or yard during our 3 month stay. Until the updates are complete with the electrical, I would not recommend this house.
