This 1436 square foot one level home has the best floor plan of the neighborhood! (confirmed by neighbors!) Lots of natural light coming in from windows in all rooms! The master bath has a large deep tub for long soaks and there are blackout curtains in the master bedroom and guest bedrooms. The sitting room off of the kitchen has a TV for viewing and two comfy recliners for reading or working while looking out into the garden...
Centrally located home with lots of opportunity to walk or ride a bike to Govalle Park or along the Boggy Creek hike & bike trail. Its a perfect balance of peaceful neighborhood living with quick access to the airport, downtown, East Austin hotspots, COTA and major employers.
Convenient home base
This was my second stay at Stephanie's house for a visit to Austin, this time including SXSW music festival which was awesome. She was welcoming and happy to tell me where to find the great music! I found it very comfortable and convenient, an easy drive to downtown, and the airport. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, with no traffic. The house has everything I needed, even Burkee filtered water. There are some nice walks from the house. Recommended.
