The space is essentially a 1 bedroom apartment. Private entrance, with privacy for both tenant and landlord in mind. Most of my man living quarters above are NOT over any of your space. My bedroom is opposite side of the house of yours to improve privacy and minimize sound. Your space is very well stocked, my goal was to make it super functional and turn key.
