They can have the entire basement that does have it's own entrance through bulkhead, if they wish or a shared back door through kitchen. I also have a 1 bedroom on first floor next to bathroom and my living room. I also have a 1 bedroom on the second floor a short hallway down from mine. Just as an FYI :) I did attach pictures of all. My daughter currently lives down in the basement, moving out 5/30. Pictures attached.
