Great Stay in a safe location

I had a very last minute need for a place to stay while working in the Bay area and came across this listing. Eason was super communicative during the entire process and catered to the need to move in fast which was immensely appreciated. Overall, the property is great and well taken care of. It has all of the essentials you could need, and is in a very safe location within a 3 minute walk of two different grocery stores. Both Eason and his wife are incredibly kind, and are truly a pleasure to rent from. Please be aware that this is an ADU in the backyard of an active young family, so there are signs of life, but no noise or other issues worth a complaint. I highly recommend choosing to stay here.

Highly recommend!

I stayed here for three months during my internship and had a really comfortable stay! Eason was an amazing host and responded quickly any time I needed help with anything. The location is very convenient, close to the Redwood City Caltrain station, and there's a Whole Foods just down the road. The apartment was fully furnished, and had everything I needed over the summer, including an in-unit washer and dryer. Highly recommend this place!
