Spacious 3-bedroom 2-bath South Park Home and 2/2 North Park Home

Perfect north park home

I lived at this place for one year and loved it. The home is spacious, comfortable, bright, and beautifully furnished. There is a large back yard with multiple planters if you (like me) decide to take up growing vegetables. The location is ideal with many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores a quick walk away. You are far enough from the highway to have no noise pollution but close enough to make your commute to any part of SD easy. The best part of this place are the landlords Mo and Tara. They are far and away the best landlords I have ever had. They respond to concerns immediately and are incredibly kind. I would highly recommend staying here!

A wonderful place

I stayed at this property for 12 months. The place itself is great: lots of light, thoughtful design and decorations, and an incredible location (seriously, you can be on the 805 in 2 minutes, but it's also close to everything in North Park). But what really sets this place apart is the care and responsiveness of Mo and Tara. They were so kind to my roommate and me during our stay. Everything we asked for was taken care of promptly. They care deeply about creating a comfortable and calm space. And for my part, they succeeded wonderfully.
