The best parts of the property are the size of backyard, covered back patio and a central location. I also love the fire place and that noise is well contained to each part of the home. The property is safe and close to Chic-fil-a, hospitals, grocery store, gas stations, and 10 mins from Gathering place, Downtown and Brookeside and so many more up and coming neighborhood districts. Definitely a hidden gem.
