A very artistic space, modern in the inside, very colorful a unique style very San Francisco! Victorian build in 1908, totally remodeled, three sky lights, very luminous and spacious, open kitchen, furnished outdoor space totally cover with plants, so is very private.you wont find a better place than this.

Wonderful stay and host!
I had a wonderful experience at the Ivy House. Marcelo is a delightful host: easy to reach, quick to help, and always making the stay as comfortable as possible. I stayed three separate times in summer 2026, the longest for three weeks, and fell in love with the house and location. It's two blocks from Trader Joe's, so groceries were easy, and it's very central. A 10-minute Lime scooter ride got us downtown or to Japantown, which is how my partner and I got around SF. There's a full kitchen, laundry, patio, living room, and a very clean, new bathroom, plus lots of art from local artists. You can tell the house has been cared for. Marcelo went out of his way to accommodate me, even letting me leave things (food, slippers) at the house between stays so I didn't have to haul them back and forth. He also replaced the laundry unit between two of my stays, which was a nice surprise. I couldn't recommend the Ivy House more!!
