I really enjoyed my stay here and had a great experience with Tate and her husband. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and quick to fix anything that came up. The location is also very central, making it easy to get anywhere in Austin. The neighborhood is cute, the neighbors are friendly, and having a private entrance and driveway access was super convenient. The backyard is huge as well! A few things to know for future renters: the kitchen setup is unique, as it's located in the bathroom area and separated by a curtain. Tate provides plenty of supplies, which was very helpful, but cooking larger meals can be difficult. You can hear some noise through the walls of the attached room, so I'd recommend using the back house as the bedroom for more privacy. The back house can get warm, but it has AC and great windows. There are also quite a few bugs outside, though I didn't have many issues indoors. Overall, I had a wonderful summer here and would definitely recommend it!
