Welcome to "Allen Street," a bright, seaside-inspired oasis in State College. Allen Street is known as the center of the hustle and bustle in State College. The corner of Allen St. and College Ave. is one of the oldest and most historically significant locations in town. It served as the original main entrance to Penn States campus dating back to the 1800s, and today it remains a key meeting point for friends and visitors alike.
Neighborhood overview
Harvest Meadows is a quiet neighborhood out near the State College airport. It has full time residences and many short-term renters. It can get rowdy on football weekends like many parts of State College, but we remind tenants to be respectful of the full-time neighbors. Most of the time it is very quiet with the exception of the construction equipment finishing the neighborhood and a plane or two taking off.
