Peaceful, Light-Filled Home with Easy Access to Boulder

I stayed here for 2.5 months at the start of 2025 and had a great experience. The space gets excellent natural light throughout the day, and the west-facing bedroom and office have beautiful views of the foothills. The neighborhood is quiet, well-maintained, and has plenty of walking trails, parks, and trees, which makes it feel more residential and less dense than some newer developments in the Boulder area. Theres also a pool, hot tub, and a nice private balcony for enjoying coffee or tea. Location-wise, its a short and easy drive into Boulder, which made daily errands and getting around very convenient. The in-unit washer and dryer was a big plus, especially for a longer stay. The host was responsive and easy to work with, though everything ran smoothly so there wasnt much need for communication. I also appreciated that its a no-pets household, which was helpful for my allergies. Overall, Id highly recommend this place.
