Private bedroom and bathroom for one person (preferably female) with no pets. The house is a charming and well maintained 1960s home that is warm and inviting. It has central air conditioning (a must in Redding), a large lot with fruit trees and beautiful large oak trees. There is a view of Mt. Lassen from the patio and a green belt/canyon. Very peaceful!
