Super comfortable for 2-3 people. We have just installed new carpet and LVP flooring throughout. SS fridge, DW and stove are brand new. We have also upgraded the lighting, but do have more projects to do in the future. The nature outside the door is breathtaking. Were on the quiet end of S Palm Canyon Dr, heading toward the magnificent Indian Canyons. Across the road is The Mesa, an historic neighborhood with mansions from the 1920s - a wonderful area for walking.
