This is a great location in a nice neighborhood. Close to work and charming room. All utilities included. Full fridge in room, and full kitchen available. Nice living room with smart tv and high speed wifi. Bathroom is in the hall, but is dedicated with tub. Full hot tub out by the patio. Smoking is fine on the patio. I do have a cat with a small cat door, so if you have a small pet that is okay. Happy to answer all questions.
