Guest will have the ground-floor master suite (16x14 bedroom; huge bath; walk-in closet), and share kitchen, living, breakfast, and dining rooms. The fenced backyard looks out over a couple hundred undeveloped acres (long may that last!) and there's a nice screened patio that looks out over the fenced backyard.
