This is the corner of the kitchenette. As you turn into the bathroom. There is not a bathroom door.

This small table has one side folded up. There is a similar side of the table on the other side so you can fold up and have a bigger space. The two chairs are rolling chairs. Making it easier to shift the table size and move the chairs around. We anticipate this could be used as a desk and as a dining table

This is the queen bed with a foam mattress.

This gives you a bit of a view. Your front door is open to let. In some light. You can see a little bit of the kitchen off to the right side. You can see the bed is a large part of the space. And then the small chairs and table.

This picture shows the sink and toilet. So essentially the toilet sink and shower are in a row in the bathroom. That's the extent of the space in there.

This is the only closet space in the garage apartment. This closet is right as you turn from the main area into the bathroom. You can see it from the main area of the room. It has a blue curtain. Two shelves. Hanging space for clothes above the shelves. You will see a door on the right of the photo. That door goes into the other property's yard. So that door stays closed - providing privacy for the tenant in the main house, who uses that yard.

This is the outside parking space and you can see the table and chairs at the top of the photo slightly to the right of the parking space.

This is the alley heading towards Forest Street. You have to take a right at Forest because it is a one-way. This part of Midtown has a good number of one-way streets. This street is heading east from the garage apartment.

This is the alley heading onto Plumas Street. So this is heading west from the garage apartment. The parking space in front of the garage is parking for the main house tenant. You can see the back of the car.

This is a detached garage converted into what was originally an office and now is a cute cottage tiny living space.

The parking is right next to the cottage door. So you pull right in next to your entry. The parking space is actually on an open lot which is also part of the property and an outdoor table and chairs are out on the lot for tenant use.

This is a VERY tiny garage converted into a furnished cottage. It is about 200 square feet (tiny!). We have a queen bed (for those prioritizing sleep). Kitchenette is shelving along one wall (see pic) with a refrigerator,Keurig,hot plate, microwave, and toaster oven. No full stove/oven. No dishwasher. Two rolling small chairs are used for the table/desk. The floor is laminate. Bathroom has toilet, sink, and shower.

Neighborhood overview

We are in Midtown, Reno, Nevada. Midtown is considered a busy lively area just south of Reno's downtown. The neighborhood is walkable with old homes, shopping, groceries, stores, restaurants and more. Reno Public Market is nearby also with lots of food options in a food court kind of style, a Sprouts, Staples, Smart and final, CVS... in that same shopping center.

Reno is a tourist town with plenty to do!
