We bought the house last year from its original owners. The home is gorgeous, especially its wood floors! The three bedrooms for rent are on the front right side of the house (mine is in the back). I am seldom there on weekends and want to share the place with others who need a nice place to stay. I visit my husband every Fri-Sun in our primary home 60 miles away.

Anatolia is a large, well-established community with HOA, clubhouse, hot tub/spa, fitness center and two pools, approx 400 homes , built in 2007. Area has everything (within walking distance even): restaurants, fast food, gas and groceries. Lots of parks. Family-friendly. Diverse.
