This house is in a quiet neighborhood with a small number of homes and a new tennis park with walking trails next to it. The home is 4100 square feet so plenty of room to utilize. The private bedroom has a en-suite bathroom. Our 10 lbs dog is a mini ausie-poo, and she is non-shedding and very friendly. We have our son living with us who is a college student and is quiet and private.
Space
This is a 5 bedroom house. The upstairs provides a comfortable sitting area/TV area, office space, weight room, and pool/ping pong for entertaining. Our son's room and bathroom is also upstairs, but he does not utilize the common area. The backyard has flowers and a greenbelt behind the house, as well as a hot tub.
