Pretty one storey home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Dog-proof yard, with a wrought iron security garden gate plus a security front door gate.
The brick back patio is very private, with access to the full size pool.
Your rooms and bathroom are adjoining, but not en suite.
Space
This is a house share -- you have a suite of a bedroom, office and bathroom, all clustered together. Full use of pool, patio, kitchen andliving room. Home owner loves dogs, and is happy to keep an eye on one during the day, and feed when necessary. Ample closet space, and your own full-size refrigerator. I charge $50 a month extra per dog for cleaning.

Mira Mesa is a suburb in the center coastal strip of San Diego County. It has with 2 fabulous state parks, plus a City park 3 blocks from my home. Great shopping, restaurants, craft breweries, 2 libraries, a multiplex theater, ice rink, freeway access, lots of hospitals, Qualcomm, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar and UCSD all in commuter reach. And IMHO we have the best weather in the County.
