Could not have asked for better
The renovated space was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, and it provided me with everything I needed during my stay. The surrounding area is fairly quiet, as I was never disturbed by any surrounding noises nor when John was upstairs. Public transport was very accessible, with the closest bus stop being less than a 10 min walk away. My only concern was that since the space is a basement, it can get pretty cold throughout the day. John is an incredibly welcoming host who prioritizes communication and is receptive to feedback. He is very knowledgeable about the Arlington/DC area and won't hesitate to suggest things to do. Overall, he is a great guy to talk to and was an amazing introduction to my time in Arlington.
