This is a split level home, you have your own private entrance up the stairs. I reside downstairs with my dogs. We do not share any entrances or spaces, your rental space is all yours while you stay.
You may hear my dogs from time to time, however I work from home, travel often, and usually take them with me places, so they shouldn't be a nuisance. There are also 5 chickens on the property, you may hear them too.
