Ease of use. This home is well constructed and beautifully maintained. Enough room to spread out, but not too big making it difficult to keep up. Gardener comes twice a month. The fourth bedroom is a TV, family room with a pull out sleeper couch- perfect for friends for the weekend who come to visit the national parks.
