Fantastic Hidden Gem
I would absolutely stay here again. During my 3-month stay as a solo female, I had zero concerns. Vince was incredibly welcoming and attentive; my privacy was always respected, and he checked in with me in appropriate ways to ensure my stay went well. I'm a cat person and the cute dogs were great! They're quiet and weren't stinky. I was never unexpectedly responsible for them. They deserve all the pets. The house is gorgeous and photo-accurate. Bathroom and hall only shared with another tenant if the other guest room is occupied. Shower pressure was nice. No problem parking; I ended up having my own "spot" in the driveway. This is a -nice- house, so I recommend renting here only if you keep your space clean and drama free. I provided my own consumables (e.g., toilet paper), but everything listed was available for use. This rental is great for responsible professionals. It's 5 min to Universal TM parking and 15 min to Epic/Lockheed Martin, so a huge plus to anyone commuting there.
