I am a travel nurse and this space was plenty of space for me (and whenever my bf visited). I enjoyed the full size kitchen and even though there wasnt laundry included, I went to Dutch Girl Coin and it was pretty cheap. It has a spacious backyard for any pups and the upstairs neighbor is nice too. The landlord Brandon was always easy to reach and helped me with anything I needed, which was incredibly helpful. This location is really close to quite a lot-less than 10 min from the Anytime Fitness I used and very close to West Asheville (with really good ice cream). <15 min from Downtown (where theres a cute Cat Cafe). I would stay here again! The furthest thing convenience wise was Publix-around 20 min but Whole Foods, fresh market, and Trader Joes are all less time than that :) Very close to Mission Hospital too!
