Poor communication

I would say the landlord is difficult to work with. Communication is solely on her time. She would take a whole week to get back to me at times. The furnished property I was staying at in the cape offered to have me stay for my extension which originally was not an option and rather make a move with my dog, it seemed reasonable to stay. I gave ample notice that my plans changed and she decided to keep my security deposit rather despite not having my sign a lease agreement. She doesn't seem very understanding or agreeable. Would not recommend.
