Sufficient but not amazing
Pros: Nice knives, cookware, stove Private laundry with soap, dryer sheets Easy street parking New fridge/freezer Desk & fast internet Cons: The most uncomfortable, hard mattress ever. I bought a foam camping mat to put on it. Be prepared to provide your own toilet paper, trash bags, coffee filters, etc. Garage was far too small to park in with my Nissan Rogue No microwave, as listed. Toaster oven. Seemed new to renting this location and needed to do handy work while I was there (fixing a side door, installing a garage door keypad, etc.) which was challenging when working from there. Front screen door was so noisy that I sprayed DW40 on it myself. Fenced-in backyard isn’t accessible directly from the house. You have to exit the side door, then walk down a sidewalk before entering the backyard gate. Floors needed mopped upon arrival VERY thin walls to duplex next door. Can hear them walking down the creaky hallway constantly throughout the day. Few cooking essentials; just salt/pepper
