Would stay here again !

I stayed here for the summer because I had a job near by. The neighborhood is in a safe part of Albuquerque. There are good coffee shops and restaurants near by the area. Great place to walk your dog or go for a little run in the morning. The house was very well maintained; rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all cleaned. The security lights were working at night which made me feel safe. Roommates were nice and we would talked now and then when we see each other in the house. The kitchen supplies were awesome, I was able to make a week's worth of meals. The landlady was very accommodating and would listen to tents concerns. For an instance, I got locked out of the apartment by accident at night. The landlady picked up the phone when I called her and went out of her way to get me back inside the house. Overall, the place was well maintained, secured, and felt like a home away from home.

Enjoyed my stay!

I stayed here for a little over 2 months during the summer. The house was nice, and location-wise it was convenient for me. It's very close to many major roads and highways. There is a garage, but I mostly parked on the driveway and didn't find any problems with it. There is also a bus station nearby. I felt safe even when getting home after dark. Each room has a door that leads directly outside to the side yard, which was enclosed by a gate. It felt very secure, but I did have to carry around multiple keys for each door. The kitchen is nice and W&D unit worked well. The landlord did some renovations during my stay, but she was communicative throughout the whole process and did her best to not disturb the tenants, which I appreciated. Landlord was very accommodating and answered all inquiries promptly. You can tell she really values cleanliness and that was reflected in her expectations for the shared areas and bathrooms. Overall, I would recommend this property!
